Verification of being fully vaccinated:
“Fully Vaccinated” Definition: two weeks or more after receiving the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), two weeks or more after receiving a single-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson [J&J]/Janssen), or two weeks after receipt of another vaccine authorized by the World Health Organization. Acceptable Vaccine Verification Documentation:
COVID-19 Vaccine Record Card (issued by the Dept. of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control & Prevention or WHO Yellow Card) which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date doses administered
A photo of a vaccination card as a separate document
A photo of vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device
Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider
Digital record that includes a QR code that when scanned by a SMART Health Card reader displays to the reader client name, date of birth, vaccine dates and vaccine type
Documentation of vaccination from other contracted employers who follow these vaccination records guidelines and standards.
Verification of Negative Test Results:
Timing Requirements: Testing is required to be conducted within one day for antigen tests (24 hours), or within two days (48 hours) for PCR tests prior to entry into the facility or venue.
Acceptable verification documentation of negative COVID-19 test result:
A printed document from the test provider or laboratory
An electronic test result is displayed on a phone or other device from the test provider or laboratory.
The information should include the person's name, type of test performed, and negative test result.
Please note, at home test results will not be accepted as a negative test verification. A list of local testing sites in Anaheim, CA can be found here.
Acceptable ID Verification:
Acceptable identification is any document that includes the name of the person (matching the record) and photograph.
Join us online for six carefully crafted virtual sessions, followed by a virtual Networking Mixer. After the live event ends, the content will be available online for playback until 11:59 P.M. PST on Friday, March 12, 2021.
In accordance with the State of California mandate, all Master Class Anaheim attendees will be required to wear masks or facial coverings and will need to present one of the following documents upon check-in to be allowed entry into the event:
Verification of COVID-19 full vaccination status with final dose completed two weeks prior to event date. Acceptable forms of verification record can be found here.
Or Negative COVID-19 test results, with PCR testing being administered no more than 48-hours in advance of check-in or rapid antigen testing being administered no more than 24-hours in advance of check-in. Please note, results from at home tests will not be accepted as an acceptable form of verification.
A photo ID with your full name clearly stated as it is printed on either record above is also required for verification upon entry. To account for the extra steps our staff will need to take during check-in, check-in will open early at 4:30 pm on Monday, January 24th, the night of the mixer, and at 7:00 am on Tuesday, January 25th, the morning before sessions begin. Derek Jones is the heart and soul of the Buffini & Company community. A master of all things energy and connection, you’ll find Derek on stage bringing the room to life at most Buffini events. Derek joined Buffini & Company in 2007 and since that time has served in a variety of roles – working with the company’s Buffini Group Leaders, managing the company’s world-class events and growing the organization’s vast network of clients... all of which brought him face to face with thousands of clients and customers.
