A Chicago native with blue-collar roots, Joe Niego was a star college basketball player and the second draft choice of the NBA's Houston Rockets. At the end of his playing career, he put the same drive into his real estate career and excelled as a top producer.

Brian Wildermuth has been in the real estate and tech world for over 30 years, getting his start in the title insurance business. He went on to create a contact management and marketing platform that grew from a two-man company in 2001 to a leader in the real estate marketing industry, serving a global audience of over 150,000 users.
After selling his company in 2011, he began training agents and brokers on how to use CRM and marketing technology to stay in touch with past clients, prospect for new business and strengthen existing relationships.
Today, Brian is Buffini & Company's VP of Business Development, where he combines his expertise coaching relationship-based, tech-driven marketing with Buffini & Company's powerful systems and training programs.
