Kate Ryan is no stranger to hard work. Fear of not making enough money to support her family drove her to become a workaholic. Although she was able to build a successful real estate business, she was putting in over 75 hours of work a week, had little peace of mind and lacked a system. On the brink of burnout, she searched for a more sustainable way to run her business.
Kate was first introduced to Buffini & Company at an event. After hearing Brian Buffini speak, she knew this was the community and system she had been searching for to help her gain more balance in business and life. She quickly signed up for One2One Coaching and started with setting goals and getting her database organized.
After over 15 years of Coaching, Kate is in a much different place. Not only is business booming (she sold over $33.5 million in real estate last year), but she is set up to retire comfortably, has a great relationship with her family, and thanks to goals setting is growing and thriving with a clear purpose.
