Buffini & Company, Inc.'s refund policy for events and products is as follows:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations between 31 and 90 days of the start of the event will receive a refund less a $100 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the start of the event will receive a refund less a $200 Cancellation Fee.

Refunds/Cancellations for Office Pay-Per-View Live Webstream: Once you have accessed any particular Content you will be deemed to have enjoyed the full benefit of the transaction. Buffini & Company as well as licensees shall have no responsibility to reimburse you, whether by refund or credit, in the event you are dissatisfied with any of the Content, the quality of the Content (e.g., the quality of video or audio) or delivery of the Content (the speed of your connection). The Pay-Per-View Service and the Content are subject to transmission limitations of the internet including, without limitation, video and audio dropouts, rebuffering or loss of connection. In the event Buffini & Company is unable to deliver a scheduled event, Buffini & Company may provide you with a refund or credit to a subsequent event in its sole discretion. You will not be entitled to any refund or credit if you simply fail to view a scheduled event, or are unable to receive a scheduled event because of a problem with your computer, your network connection, any intervening network connections or some other reason not attributable to Buffini & Company.
The Peak Experience
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation within 90 days of the event will be subject to a $500 cancellation fee.
Refunds: A request for refund must be made within 48 hours from the end of the event. In addition, you must either surrender your workbook to Buffini & Company at the event, or, alternatively, Buffini & Company must receive it within seven days from the end of the event.
No cancellation during the initial six month term of a One2One Membership will be permitted. To otherwise cancel your Membership, call Buffini & Company Customer Service.
Any cancellation will be effective as of the last day of the month in which Buffini & Company is notified of the cancellation. There will be no refund of partial fees for the final month of Membership.
For an annual prepaid Membership, a refund will be issued which will be calculated as follows: The total fee that the Member would have paid for the expired term of the Agreement will be calculated using the standard charge for a monthly Membership. That total will be subtracted from the amount paid by the Member. The balance will be the amount of the refund.
Sales for other products such as books, tapes, and clothing are final. If any such product is defective or damaged it may be returned to Buffini & Company within thirty (30) days of its receipt for a replacement. To send e-mail
