Q: When should I expect my first Lead Generation Kit shipment?

A: You will receive your Starter Kit in the mail. Your monthly kit will arrive on or around the 28th of each month. If you do not receive your kit or have further questions, please contact our Client Relations department at 877 921 2273.

Q: Can I order additional items from the Monthly Kit?

A: Contact the sales department if you would like to order additional Personal Notes, Stickers or Items of Value.

Q: Is there a place on the website where I can keep track of my clients’ names and the items of value I send them?

A: Currently our website does not offer that ability, but it may become an enhancement that we will add in the future. In the meantime, you can use the daily tracker that comes in your starter kit for managing this information.

Q: Can I order just the CAP items instead of the full kit?

A: You must order the Lead Generation Kit first before you can order additional packages of the cap item.

Q: How do I get into a Small Group, and what do I do if there are no Small Groups in my area?

A: First go to www.buffiniandcompany.com and click on the Member button in the upper right of the website. This will take you to the login page. Enter your username and password to proceed to the Members only section. You'll notice that there are tabs near the top of the web page. Click on the one that says ClubNet Small Groups. From here, you can search for groups that are local to your area and if they have space available in them you can join the group. If none of the groups in your area are open, you can put your name on a waiting list and when a group becomes available, we'll notify you.

Q: How do I access ClubNet on the Buffini & Company website?

A: First go to www.buffiniandcompany.com and click on the Member button in the upper right of the website. This will take you to the login page where you'll need to enter your username and password before proceeding. Once you've logged in, you can explore the ClubNet section of our website.

Q: How do I access the Lead Generation Tracker website?

A: First go to www.buffiniandcompany.com and click on the Member button in the upper right of the website. This will take you to the login page where you'll need to enter your username and password before proceeding. Once you've logged in, click on the Lead Generation Tracker tab to enter the site.

Q: When should I expect my first LGK item shipment?

A: You will receive your starter kit at the Turning Point Retreat, or one will be mailed to you. You will receive your first monthly Lead Generation Kit the following month.

Q: What should I expect in my monthly kits?

A: You will have 100 CAP items, 100 "Oh, by the way…" stickers & 50 Personal Notes/envelopes. A copy of your cover letter will accompany the CAP items.

Q: Can you explain how LGK shipments work?

A: We ship monthly Lead Generation Kits by the 19th of every month. Additional CAP items are shipped after all the LGK batches have gone out, usually within a couple of days. Expect up to 5 working days for UPS to deliver.

Q: What if I don't get my monthly kit within 5 days?

A: You can contact the Client Relations Dept. at 877 921 2273(CARE) and they will track your shipment for you.

Q: Can I order additional items from the Lead Generation Kit?

A: Yes. You can contact a Sales Rep. for additional orders at 800 945 3485 x 4.
