Is there a place where I can keep track of my clients' names and the Items of Value I send them?
Currently our website does not offer that ability, but it may become an enhancement that we will add in the future. In the meantime, you can use the daily tracker that comes in your Starter Kit for managing this information.

Can I order just the CAP Item instead of the full kit?
You must order the Lead Generation Kit first before you can order additional packages of the CAP items.

How do I get into a Small Group and what do I do if there are not any Small Groups in my area?
First go to www.buffiniandcompany.com and click on the Member button in the upper right of the website. This will take you to the login page. Enter your username and password to proceed to the Members only section. Click on the Small Groups link on the left side of the page. From this point you can search for Groups that are local to your area. If they have space available you can join the Group. If none of the Groups in your area are open you can put your name on a waiting list and when a Group becomes available we'll notify you.

How do I access ClubNet on the Buffini & Company website?
First go to www.buffiniandcompany.com and click on the Member button in the upper right of the website. This will take you to the login page where you'll need to enter your username and password before proceeding. Once you've logged in you can explore the ClubNet section of our website.

How do I access the Referral Systems website?
First go to www.buffiniandcompany.com and click on the Member button in the upper right of the website. This will take you to the login page where you'll need to enter your username and password before proceeding. Once you've logged in you will be taken to you the Referral Systems portion of our website.

When should I expect my first Referral Systems Lead Generation Kit shipment?
You will receive your starter kit at the Turning Point Retreat or one will be mailed to you. You will receive your first monthly Referrals Systems kit the following month.

What should I expect in my monthly Kits?
You will have 100 CAP Items, 100 "Oh By The Way…" stickers & 50 note cards& envelopes. A copy of your cover letter will accompany the CAP Items.

Can you explain how Referral Systems shipments work?
We ship monthly Kits by the 19th of each month. Additional CAP Items are shipped after all the Referral Systems batches have gone out, usually within a couple of days. Expect up to 5 working days for UPS to deliver.

What if I don't get my monthly Kit within 5 days?
You can contact the Client Care Dept. at 877 921 CARE (2273) and they will track your shipment for you.

Can I order additional items from the Lead Generation Kit?
Yes. You can contact a Sales Rep. for additional orders at 800 945 3485 x 4.

Who do I contact for address and/or credit card changes?
Contact the Client Care Department at 877 921 CARE (2273).
