In San Diego there’s a low weather pattern they call June Gloom. If you grew up in a cloudy environment like I did in Ireland, you might find yourself expecting drops of rain to hit, but the funny thing about this marine layer is that it will typically burn off and reveal glorious blue skies above.

We all face times where it can be hard to see that blue skies may be just around the corner. Sometimes we can experience gloom in our business.
